Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Reconcile station sales with collection and record the transaction.
  • Record Daily Collection from Bank & Cash from station
  • Reconcile other inventory with the those recorded in system
  • Prepare and process invoices, bill or other reimbursement to clients.
  • Resolve the discrepancy if there is
  • Reconcile daily bank statements and assist with month end closing
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by team leader
  • Attend stock count if necessary or advise by team leader.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
