Check overdue list from collection system, relevant documents,…
Prepare daily plan for visit to overdue customers to push payment
Conduct visit overdue customer/current address/workplace and bussiness place
Visit to relevant parties, witness and workplace to seek customer’s information or payment
Re-confirm SMS fail with customers or relatives
Negotiate patiently and carefully with difficult customers to efficiency
Visit homeland, collect bad debt and solve problem with customers and relatives
Updating the activity report (visiting) in collection system ontime
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly target and actual result
To facilitate collection activities, building relationship and good communication in team
Provide the supporting to others
Following the policy and internal rule of collection department consistently
Other tasks will be assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

Year 2, Year 3, Year 4 or Fresh graduates in finance and banking, business administration, or other related fields.
At least 1-year work experience in MFI or Banking;
Good communication and interpersonal skill;
Confident, Flexible and Creative;
Effectively solve the problem;
Be able to work with high sense of confidentiality;
Fair knowledge of English and Ms. Word, Excel, Email
Good at using technology and smart phone
Experience as credit officer, loan recovery officer, field collector from banking, MDI, MFI or leasing
Other experiences from sales and delivery company are also acceptable
