Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  1. Daily and monthly download all bank statement saved in finance Cloud (drive)
  2. Daily update cash position sends to BOD
  3. Completed all banks form oversea OTT, Internal TT
  4. Make sure bank balance ready for do OTT to Malaysia
  5. Alert any banks balance for enough amount for doing payment
  6. Ensure and alert close date line for pay back TFL loan all banks
  7. Make sure daily cash collect deposit in the right bank
  8. Do monthly all banks reconciliation
  9. Keep cooperate with all banks any task needs
  10. Keep sending weekly exchange rate to all brands before 8:30 am
  11. Do yearly stock count
  12. Do and prepare documents to draw down loan form all bank (if need)
  13. Do daily clear cash, chq in transit all branches into system and move each in Wing to Bank.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of Accounting & Finance or other relevant.
  • At least 1-year experience of similar position.
  • Good command in English spoken and written.
  • Computer literate such as Microsoft office and internet, E-mail, especially accounting system
  • Good negotiation skill, interpersonal skills, communication skill and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Friendly, flexible, honesty, hard-working, integrity and willing to work as a team.
