Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Cash Flow management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Supervise and guide accounting team members to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial transactions.
  • Support ERP/accounting system implementation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for business decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, including management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Khmer and good command of English.
