Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support smart business decisions for our Phnom Penh office in Chrouy Changva.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead daily accounting operations and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
● Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
● Monitor budgets, costs, and variances to support effective financial control.
● Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and company policies.
● Oversee accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for reporting and audits.
● Improve financial processes, controls, and documentation for greater efficiency.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience, with managerial exposure preferred.
● Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting standards.
● Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
● Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems/ERP software.
● Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
● High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
● Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
