Job Description

  • Manage and supervise daily operations of assigned retail stores.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
  • Ensure all stores comply with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
  • Analyze sales reports, inventory, and operational performance.
  • Coordinate with store managers to resolve operational challenges.
  • Lead, coach, and develop store management teams and employees.
  • Monitor staffing, scheduling, and manpower planning.
  • Ensure proper inventory control and minimize stock loss or shrinkage.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams on promotional activities.
  • Handle customer complaints and improve service quality.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management.
  • Experience managing multiple stores or branches is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between store locations.
