Job Description

Manage and supervise daily operations of assigned retail stores.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
Develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
Ensure all stores comply with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
Analyze sales reports, inventory, and operational performance.
Coordinate with store managers to resolve operational challenges.
Lead, coach, and develop store management teams and employees.
Monitor staffing, scheduling, and manpower planning.
Ensure proper inventory control and minimize stock loss or shrinkage.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams on promotional activities.
Handle customer complaints and improve service quality.
Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management.
Experience managing multiple stores or branches is preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
Willingness to travel frequently between store locations.
