Job Description:

Store operation management

• Open and close the store according to SOP
• Ensure store cleanliness, product display, tester availability, and price tags
• Follow company SOPs and operational standards strictly
• Ensure promotional materials are correctly displayed
• Identify operational issues and report promptly

Stock & Cash Control

• Monitor stock receiving, checking, and storage
• Monitor stock movement and reports.
• Participate in stock count activities
• Ensure proper cash handling and daily reconciliation

Team leading & Supervision

• Lead Beauty Assistants during shifts
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
• Guide and coach staff on work standards and selling behavior
• Correct staff behavior professionally and respectfully
• Support on the job training for new staff
• Act as role model in discipline, attitude, and teamwork

Sales & Customer service

• Maintain sales quality standard
• Support team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Coach staff on product knowledge and customer approach
• Handle basic customer complaints professionally
• Ensure high level of customer service at all times

Reporting

• Submit daily operation updates to Supervisor / Management
• Report attendance, discipline, sales, and operation issues
• Communicate clearly and honestly with management
• Escalate serious issues promptly with suggested solution
