Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives to maximize ROI

2. Content Planning & Strategy

  • Assist in developing content calendars and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to produce engaging content for social media, app notifications, and campaigns

3. In-App Push, Promotions & Campaign Configuration

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize in-app push notifications to drive engagement and retention
  • Configure promotions, discounts, and special offers for users through the app
  • Plan and configure monthly campaigns, including projections and expected outcomes
  • Utilize external marketing tools to track performance, automate campaigns, and maintain consistency
  • Work with external marketing agencies and KOL on relevant projects and campaigns

4. Reporting & Marketing Support

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, social media metrics, and app engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Khmer.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
