•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
•  1–3 years of experience in cost control, accounting, or retail finance
•  Basic knowledge of inventory and cost accounting
•  Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
