Job Summary
Join Mangrove Studio in Phnom Penh as a driven sales professional helping grow client partnerships and new business in a fast-paced advertising, PR, and marketing environment. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Present services clearly and tailor proposals to client needs and goals.
  • Has knowledge and skills in the marketing field.
  • Support the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and client feedback accurately.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
● Experience in sales, business development, or client servicing in a similar industry.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to build trust, manage relationships, and work toward targets.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
● Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
● Based in Phnom Penh or willing to work in Doun Penh.
