Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide recommendation solutions.
Gather and manage large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Preprocess data by cleaning, transforming, and structuring it for analysis and reporting purposes.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help solve business challenges and support decision-making.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as SQL, Python, DAX, Power Query, Power BI, SSRS, and Excel.
Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data security, data integrity, and accessibility for reporting and analysis.
Design and develop automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Document analysis steps, develop workflows, create SOPs, and track changes to ensure consistency and scalability.
Keep job knowledge up to date and research emerging technologies to enhance both personal and professional skills.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
1 year of Experience with data analysis, reporting development, or related roles.
Familiarity with Web Development, Power Automate, and RESTful API development.
Proficiency in Power Query and Power BI, including creating dashboards, data visualizations, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
Strong experience with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python).
Strong data modeling, data structure, system design, algorithms, statistics, and math
Strong data warehouse management, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of Code Quality and Code Security.
Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
