  • Operate the cash register and handle all types of transactions (cash, card, mobile payment) accurately.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting with inquiries about products.
  • Scan, bag, and process items quickly while ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
  • Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
  • Monitor product stock at the checkout area and coordinate with inventory/warehouse staff for replenishment.
  • Ensure accurate cash balancing and reporting at the end of shifts.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Assist in promotional campaigns and upselling products to customers when appropriate.
  • Support other retail mart staff as needed in daily operations.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a cashier or in retail is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Khmer; English is a plus.
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure with customers.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
