• To be responsible for Phone Collection Team and Field Collection Team;
• To prepare analysis report to monitor loan payments and bad debts
• To set the collection strategies on the loan re-schedule and bad debt write-off;
• To review & analyze overdue data and feedback to related operations;
• To control the customer inquiry about early payment and other requests;
• Prepare monthly collection plan
• Prepare the daily and monthly collection performance report.
• Prepare and verify the late charge list/penalty
• Prepare loan write off report
• Manage monthly collection staff operations
• Analyze the collection performance and overdue customer’s information report and feedback to line manager;
