Field Collector Task: Call to overdue customer, Workplace and Business Place, witness, relative friend, and parents. Visit overdue customer / Current Address/ Workplace and Business Place. Make plan call and visit customer to solve the late payment by customer. Take action and Legal action with customer who late payment with JMC. Reposes Asset and Collected bad debt. Homeland visited and collected bad debt and solve the problem with customer and relative. Update collection reported and both activities (Call and Visit) into JMC system and Excel file. Network & Security Architecture concept and implantation Own the design and lifecycle of the two‑tier firewall architecture (Palo Alto at the edge and FortiGate at internal/DMZ tier ), including HA pairs, policy segmentation, and east–west traffic control. Implement and optimize zone‑based segmentation, micro‑segmentation, and zero‑trust principles across datacenter, campus, and branch networks. Routing, Switching & Performance Design and operate BGP/OSPF between sites, ISPs, and MPLS/SD‑WAN (if applicable). Manage L2/L3 infrastructure (Cisco/Aruba/Juniper/etc.): VLANs, VTP, LACP, Spanning‑Tree, HSRP/VRRP, QoS, and Multicast if used. Firewall & Threat Prevention (Palo Alto + FortiGate) Own policy frameworks for App‑ID, User‑ID, SSL/TLS decryption (where appropriate), URL filtering, IPS/IDS, WildFire, DNS security, Anti‑Malware, and Geo‑IP. Regularly review rules for recertification, cleanup shadowed/unused rules, and enforce least‑privilege. VPN & Third ‑ Party Connectivity Lead all site‑to‑site IPsec VPNs for branches and partners: key exchange (IKEv2), crypto profiles, PFS, lifetimes, tunnel monitoring, link redundancy, and failover. Establish third‑party connectivity standards (onboarding checklist, routing policy, NAT strategy, scoped firewall policies, identity/control, logging & SLAs). 5) Monitoring, Logging & Incident Response Build and tune proactive monitoring/alerting (e.g., FortiAnalyzer, Panorama, Syslog/SIEM, NetFlow/IPFIX, SNMP, PRTG/SolarWinds/Zabbix). Server Administration (Windows & Linux): Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux systems, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File, and Web Services. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control to ensure a secure and stable environment. Perform regular system patching, updates, and hardening to maintain compliance and minimize vulnerabilities. System Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor server performance, uptime, and resource utilization using tools such as, Zabbix, or Nagios. Analyze system logs, troubleshoot performance issues, and apply optimization techniques to enhance efficiency. Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and capacity expansion to support organizational growth. Virtualization & Storage Management: Deploy and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM. Configure and maintain storage systems, ensuring redundancy, scalability, and optimal performance. Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical data and ensure business continuity. Security & Compliance: Apply system hardening standards and manage security configurations to reduce risks. Respond to and resolve vulnerability assessments (VA) from the Group Security Consultant. Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to streamline administrative tasks. Implement scheduled jobs and scripts to monitor services, automate patching, and enforce system policies. System Maintenance & Support: Provide technical support for server-related incidents and system maintenance activities. Manage system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change records. Handle IT asset management, hardware lifecycle, and equipment movement as per policy.
