1 Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
2 At least 2 to 3 years of experience in community growth or marketing.
3 Strong verbal and written communication skills in Khmer and English.
4 Experience managing online communities and engagement campaigns.
5 Good understanding of acquisition, retention, and community growth.
6 Able to coordinate with marketing, compliance, operations, and product.
7 Strong organizational skills for events, campaigns, and calendars.
8 Familiarity with Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
9 Experience in fintech, finance, digital assets, or regulated sectors preferred.
10 Ability to analyze engagement data and turn it into action plans.
11 Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and relationship building.
12 Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
