Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Cost Monitoring & Analysis:
    Track and analyze F&B costs against budgets, prepare variance reports, and recommend improvements. Support menu costing and price adjustments with culinary and F&B teams.

  • Inventory & Purchasing Control:
    Supervise receiving and stock processes, maintain accurate inventory records, and conduct regular stock counts. Ensure proper storage to minimize waste and loss.

  • System & Operational Control:
    Audit POS/PMS data accuracy, verify compliance with purchasing and issuing procedures, and address cost inefficiencies.

  • Reporting & Coordination:
    Prepare cost reports for management, coordinate with Finance and Operations teams, and assist with month-end closing and audits.

  • Compliance & Standards:
    Ensure adherence to IHG financial policies, internal audit standards, and local food safety/HACCP regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.

  • 2–4 years of cost control experience in a 4–5-star hotel environment.

  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.

  • Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS, POS, MC, FMC, or similar).

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills in English (Khmer an advantage).
