Job Summary
We are seeking a Credit Officer Specialist to support lending operations in Siem Reap. The role focuses on client assessment, portfolio growth, and maintaining strong credit quality while delivering excellent service to borrowers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
● Assess loan applications, verify documents, and analyze client financial capacity and repayment ability.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth and repeat lending opportunities.
● Recommend suitable credit solutions based on policy, risk profile, and client needs.
● Monitor existing accounts, follow up on repayments, and support early collection actions when needed.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing, compliance, and timely loan disbursement.
● Maintain updated records, prepare reports, and support portfolio performance tracking and field visits.

● Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience in credit, lending, sales, or business development within banking or microfinance.
● Strong understanding of loan products, credit analysis, and customer assessment.
● Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to compliance and confidentiality.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare clear reports and records.
● Willingness to travel within Siem Reap and surrounding areas as required.
