  • Enter customer and policy details into insurance systems.
  • Update records for new policies, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Input claims information and ensure accuracy of supporting documents.
  • Check data for errors and correct simple inconsistencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Prepare basic reports for supervisors when requested.
  • Support audits and compliance checks by providing accurate records.Assist colleagues in handling data-related tasks across underwriting, claims, and customer service.
