Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Mall Operations Manager and the operations team.
• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services. Assist in the coordination of maintenance and repair tasks to keep mall facilities in top condition.
• Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding operational concerns. Assist with resolving issues and provide support for tenant-related inquiries to maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction.
• Facilities Management: Assist in the scheduling and monitoring of regular maintenance tasks, safety inspections, and facility checks. Ensure all areas of the mall are operating smoothly and are well maintained.
• Reports and Documentation: Prepare and maintain regular reports on mall operations, including maintenance schedules, vendor performance, and incident logs.
• Customer Service: Assist in addressing shopper inquiries or complaints related to mall operations. Ensure a high standard of customer service and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in
• 1 Year experience in an administrative role within the retail or facilities management industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using operations management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and ensure all operational activities are well-coordinated.
• Ability to work under pressure
