Job Description

Develop and implement the school’s digital strategy and technology roadmap
Oversee management of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity
Supervise IT personnel and coordinate daily technology operations
Manage development and improvement of internal digital platforms and applications
Support integration of digital tools used in teaching and learning
Establish policies related to data protection, cybersecurity, and digital access
Monitor system performance and ensure continuity of technology services
Manage relationships with technology vendors and external service providers
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
Prepare technology development plans and budgets
Provide strategic technology guidance to school leadership
Ensure compliance with relevant digital governance and security standards

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 8–10 years experience in IT or digital systems leadership
Experience managing technology infrastructure and enterprise systems
Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and digital systems architecture
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Ability to manage technology budgets and external vendors
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
