Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Create, prepare, and review both technical and commercial documentation.
Develop a variety of solution documents, including specifications, installation guides, user manuals, and technical presentation slides, in both Khmer and English.
Continuously update and improve documentation to reflect the latest information and best practices.
Oversee final document versioning, ensuring proper storage and effective version control.
Support the development of compelling scripts and captions for digital marketing content, websites, and applications.
Initiate creative concepts and integrate emerging technologies into company documentation to enhance brand visibility and deliver accurate, purposeful content for public engagement.
Support the TO-M team in organizing and coordinating company events.
Provide regular reports, presentations, and feedback to the team and line manager.
Maintain regular communication with the R&D team and cross-functional teams regarding current solutions and technologies, while also gathering relevant company data.
Pursue continuous self-improvement through research and development of relevant skills, ensuring a strong understanding of company products, branding, formatting standards, policies, and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Certification or degree in English language studies.
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in both English (preferred) and Khmer.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in document creation, preparation, or design.
Proficient in graphic and document design tools such as Adobe
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong skills in internet usage, email communication, and online collaboration platforms.
Familiar with efficient methods for reviewing and proofreading documents in both Khmer and English.
Knowledgeable about emerging technologies and smart working tools, including AI-based platforms.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
