We are an established regional leader in technical equipment and energy solutions. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Service Center Manager to oversee our operations in Phnom Penh. If you have a background in technical management and enjoy leading a team to solve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and optimize daily service center operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality standards.
* Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of technicians and support staff.
* Manage the full lifecycle of service requests, from initial customer contact to final repair and delivery.
* Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment to ensure zero downtime for repairs.
* Implement rigorous quality control processes to maintain our reputation for excellence.
* Analyze performance metrics and turnaround times to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Handle customer escalations with professionalism, ensuring every client receives a premium experience.

We’re Looking For
* A genuine interest in technical operations, engineering, or service management.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a service or maintenance facility.
* A strong ability to multitask and manage workflows in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Strong interpersonal skills for team leadership and client communication.
* Commitment to health and safety standards within the workplace.

Job Requirements

Fluent English is required for communication and reporting.
Bonus Qualifications
* Experience in the energy, electrical equipment, or heavy machinery sectors.
* Familiarity with CRM or Service Management software tools.
* Chinese language skills are a plus.
