• Track emerging digital, cultural, and consumer trends across social media and lifestyle platforms.
• Identify opportunities to align brand campaigns with viral moments.
• Develop and execute viral-ready campaigns (memes, challenges, short-form videos, interactive posts).
• Collaborate with creative teams, influencers, and agencies to maximize reach.
• Ensure content is optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Build and nurture online communities to amplify virality.
• Encourage user-generated content and manage brand participation in trending conversations.
• Use analytics tools to measure engagement, shares, and conversions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaign
• Partner with marketing, PR, and production teams to integrate viral campaigns into broader brand strategies.
• Coordinate with influencers and media partners to expand reach.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Google Ads)
• Experience in content planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Creative thinking with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Good command of English
