Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales, business development, or team leadership within financial services.
● Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to drive performance, manage targets, and support team development.
● Existing professionals seeking an additional income stream 
● Current income starting from 1,500 USD  
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
● Based in Phnom Penh, with ability to work in Chamkar Mon and travel as needed.
