Food Service & Delivery

  • Pick up completed food orders from the kitchen and deliver them promptly to the correct tables or customers
  • Ensure food presentation, temperature, and order accuracy before delivery
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff regarding order status

Customer Support

  • Respond politely and professionally to customer requests or feedback
  • Assist service staff when needed (e.g., refilling water, clearing tables)
  • Ensure customers receive a positive dining experience

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food & beverage or retail service is an advantage, but not required

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
  • Customer-focused attitude
