4 Strong analytical skills with spreadsheets and reporting dashboards.

5 Experience with paid media, CRM, email tools, and analytics platforms.

6 Able to turn customer data into practical growth experiments.

7 Strong understanding of digital products and lifecycle marketing.

8 Experience in fintech, finance, or digital assets is preferred.

9 Familiarity with compliant marketing in regulated environments.

10 Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.

11 Able to work in a fast-paced environment with measurable targets.

12 Khmer and English communication ability is preferred
