Job Description

Bancassurance Strategy & Execution 

- Design and lead RGI’s Bancassurance roadmap, aligning with corporate growth targets and market trends 

- Negotiate and manage partnerships with commercial banks, MFIs, and financial institutions 

- Co-create bundled insurance solutions tailored to partner channels and customer segments 

- Monitor performance metrics, optimize channel productivity, and ensure regulatory compliance 

 

Strategic Partnership Development 

- Identify and cultivate high-impact partnerships across fintech, telcos, retail, and community platforms 

- Develop joint value propositions that enhance financial inclusion and customer experience 

- Lead cross-functional teams to launch co-branded campaigns, digital onboarding flows, and loyalty programs 

- Represent RGI in industry forums, partnership negotiations, and strategic dialogues 

 

Leadership & Governance 

- Build and mentor a high-performing team of relationship managers and partnership leads 

- Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and risk controls for partnership operations 

- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution and innovation

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field 

- 8+ years of experience in Bancassurance, Strategic Partnerships, or Channel Development 

- Proven success in launching and scaling insurance distribution through financial institutions 

- Strong understanding of Cambodian financial landscape, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment 

- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills 

- Fluency in Khmer and English
