Job Summary:
The HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and promote a safe and sustainable workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Plan and deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness campaigns.
  • Monitor safety performance, analyze trends, and prepare HSE reports for management.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities, including drills and business continuity planning.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders on HSE matters.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risks and enhance environmental performance.
