  • Conduct internal audits for company operations, finance, inventory, and compliance.
  • Identify risks, control weaknesses, and process improvements.
  • Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and support junior audit staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in internal audit, accounting, or finance.
  • Good knowledge of auditing and internal control procedures.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good Khmer and basic English communication skills.
