• Provide daily IT support for computers, laptops, printers, internet, email, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment, operating systems, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and other network devices.
• Manage user accounts, company email, shared folders, cloud storage, access permissions, data backup, and basic cybersecurity.
• Maintain IT equipment records, software licenses, and IT inventory.
• Support CCTV, attendance systems, access control, and other related IT systems where required.
• Develop, maintain, and update the company website, including website content, hosting, domain, SSL, backup, and technical issues.
• Develop and maintain simple internal web-based applications, databases, dashboards, forms, and digital tools.
• Develop practical systems for functions such as HR, attendance, leave, recruitment, project reporting, manpower, materials, equipment, inventory, document control, and task monitoring.
• Automate repetitive administrative, reporting, and data-management processes where practical.
• Test, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve applications and systems after implementation.
• Work with departments to understand operational needs and recommend practical digital solutions.
• Prepare basic system documentation, user guides, and provide training to employees when required.
• Coordinate with internet providers, IT suppliers, software vendors, or external developers when necessary.
• Provide IT support to construction project sites when required.
• Perform other related duties assigned by Management.
