Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Deliver the kindergarten curriculum using effective teaching strategies and appropriate instructional materials
Plan and prepare lesson plans, weekly planners, and student assessments in accordance with the school curriculum
Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment that supports student learning and development
Assess student performance and maintain accurate academic records and report books
Assign and review homework or learning activities in line with the school’s academic guidelines
Observe students’ progress and support their academic, social, and behavioral development
Collaborate with school leadership and colleagues to maintain high academic standards and teamwork
Communicate with parents regarding student progress and participate in meetings when required

Job Requirements

Native English speaker
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in early childhood or kindergarten education
Strong classroom management and child development knowledge
Ability to design engaging lesson plans and learning activities for young learners
Commitment to supporting students’ academic, social, and character development
