- Loan Collection (មន្ត្រីឥណទាន) * 3 នាក់Key Responsibilities✔ Coordinate all collection team to achieve monthly collection targets.✔ Improve and implement collection plans assigned by the Department Head.✔ Visit provinces as required to support collection activities.✔ Monitor overdue and current due accounts to improve collection performance.✔ Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and reduce outstanding balances.✔ Prepare collection reports and provide updates to management.

Job Requirements
Requirements✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.✅ At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collection.✅ Good communication and negotiation skills.✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).✅ Willing to travel to provinces when required.✅ Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
