Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy and plans for Aftersales.
  • Research and generate creative, commercially effective ideas for content and campaigns; create and coordinate marketing promotions and communications to drive service traffic and customer loyalty.
  • Develop content production, including photo/video shooting and basic editing as needed.
  • Manage digital and social media content related to Aftersales activities.
  • Coordinate customer engagement events, service clinics, and brand experiences.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and luxury standards are consistently applied across all marketing materials.
  • Work closely with Aftersales, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing analysis and suggestions for improvement.
  • Support other marketing activities and projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and event coordination.
  • Ability to research trends and translate insights into creative, commercially effective content.
  • Good communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand presentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; basic design and video/photo editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere, or similar) is a plus
