1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Define and execute marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, product roadmap, and brand positioning.
  • Own brand guidelines, tone-of-voice, and visual identity to ensure professional and consistent communications.
  • Ensure marketing activities reflect trust, transparency, and disciplined messaging suitable for a regulated environment.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution Oversight

  • Develop campaign calendars and oversee execution across digital and offline channels.
  • Define campaign objectives, target segments, messaging, and success metrics; ensure timely delivery of assets and communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to support product updates, partner initiatives, and customer communication needs.

3. Digital Marketing, Community & Content Leadership

  • Oversee digital marketing operations including social media strategy, content planning, and channel performance optimization.
  • Lead community engagement initiatives and events that support customer education, brand trust, and user growth.
  • Ensure customer-facing content is clear, accurate, and aligned with internal approval workflows.

4. External Representation & Presentation Leadership

  • Represent T.A Coin in selected external engagements (community sessions, presentations, partner events) as assigned.
  • Prepare presentation materials, key messages, and briefing notes for leadership and public-facing activities.
  • Ensure professional delivery and consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.

5. Performance Measurement & Budget Discipline

  • Track marketing KPIs and produce management reports on campaign performance and ROI insights.
  • Manage marketing budget planning and cost control; support vendor quotations and procurement documentation.
  • Use performance data to refine strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.

6. Team Leadership & Governance Discipline

  • Lead and develop marketing team members; set objectives, coaching routines, and delivery standards.
  • Coordinate vendors/agencies and ensure deliverables meet quality, timelines, and compliance expectations.
  • Maintain disciplined documentation, approvals, and asset management for auditability and brand control.

Job Requirements

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Experience (Essential)

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    Strong capability in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and digital channel management.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable representing the brand publicly.
  • Experience managing vendors and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Experience (Highly Preferred)

  • Experience in fintech, technology, financial services, or regulated environments is an advantage.
  • Experience leading community programs and events is an advantage.
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools and performance reporting dashboards is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to accuracy and clarity.
  • Leadership presence and professionalism; confident and presentable in stakeholder-facing settings.
  • Strong planning and execution discipline; able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Creative thinking balanced with compliance and brand protection mindset.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • May require evening/weekend availability for events, campaigns, or community activities.
  • Role requires confidentiality regarding marketing plans, partner initiatives, and strategic communications.
