Overview:

Smart is operating on highly competitive and dynamic market, while long-term strategic objectives are set brand strategic development in line with customer needs and market environment is continuous task of marketing team. Smart targets young and dynamic population and this is deeply embedded in Smart strategy, respectively impacts every project and initiative executed by the team.

The Digital Strategy and Performance Marketing Manager will lead performance marketing initiatives across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, while deploying social listening tools and mobile meas-urement platforms (MMPs) to refine our full-funnel strategies. This role demands a strategic thinker with agency, client-side, or media reseller experience, capable of transforming data into actionable in-sights to drive ROI.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Digital Media Buying & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic and others
  • Manage and supervise Third-Party media agency to ensure bidding and optimization strategy are optimal and effective 
  • Have full ownership on budget allocation to effectively maximize ROAS and meet KPIs (CPC, CPA, CTR, etc.)
  • Conduct A/B testing, introduce Test & Learn, define audience segmentation, and track real time optimizations all media investment.
  • Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, and resellers like Facebook, TikTok, Google and others.
  • Own the entire internal approval processes with other internal stakeholders such as Risks, Finance and procurement, etc. 
  • Consistently search, explore and experiment, for new formats and opportunities in form of long-term deals and/or activities with key partners

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Generate comprehensive reports using social-listening tools, MMPs, and other native platform dashboards including but not limited to our own BI dashboards
  • Analyze last-click, multi-touch, and window-attribution models to map user journeys for a retargeting campaign deployment
  • Track app events (installs, in-app purchases) and website conversions to make sound investment decisions.
  • Provide regular updates on the Smart positions across the platform and provide a comparable base with our key competitors

3. Social Listening & Audience Insights

  • Deploy social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and trends across channels.
  • Extract actionable insights to refine targeting and creative strategies.
  • Constantly observe and provide updates on the new platforms and methodologies applied for increasing efficiency and proficiency 

4. Mobile Measurement & Attribution

  • Implement MMPs to track app installs, in-app behavior, transactional events and attribution windows.
  • Collaborate with product, website, SmartNas and tech teams to ensure accurate event tracking.
  • Use MMP platform for improving smart presence across social media platforms and continue grow follower base
  • Use MMP insights and capabilities for growing followers on key support channels Chatbot like Telegram and WhatsApp

5. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with creative, CRM, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Mentor junior team members and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Work closely with responsible agencies and steer their performance and activities
  • Work closely with data, CRM, and MarTech teams to ensure seamless customer journey tracking.
  • Align with sales and commercial teams to translate media success into business impact.
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

Education & Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, digital media, business administration
  • Master Degree is a strong plus
  • Certification in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and MMP a strong advantage

Working Experience:

  • 5-8 years experience in digital strategy and performance marketing 
  • Prior 360 degree marketing experience is a strong advantage
  • Managing digital touch points, attribution-model and etc.
