Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Officer to support brand growth, promotions, and customer engagement for our real estate development projects in Phnom Penh. This entry-level role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented team player eager to build a marketing career.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property projects and company branding.
● Create and update marketing content for social media, websites, brochures, and promotional materials.
● Support event coordination, open houses, and community or sales activities.
● Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support campaign ideas.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing tasks.
● Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports for management review.
● Maintain organized marketing files, assets, and project documentation.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
● Entry-level experience or internship experience in marketing, media, or sales support preferred.
● Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
● Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
● Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
● Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Good organizational and time-management skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design tools are an advantage.
● Honest, proactive, and committed to achieving team goals.
● Able to work in Phnom Penh, Dangkao area.
