Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Marketing Officer to support brand growth, campaign execution, and customer engagement for a leading payment solutions company in Phnom Penh. This entry-level role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented candidate eager to grow in financial services.

Key Responsibilities
● Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
● Assist with content creation, social media updates, and promotional materials.
● Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deliver marketing activities on time.
● Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on results and insights.
● Help maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communications.
● Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● 1–2 years of experience in marketing, media, or customer-facing roles.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Khmer is an advantage.
● Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
● Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
● Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
