Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Communicate and coordinate with media partners, media ambassadors, influencers, and content creators for events and campaigns.
Build and maintain positive relationships with media ambassadors, creators, and other external partners.
Identify and reach out to new media ambassadors, influencers, and content creators who align with Romduol’s brand and events.
Coordinate content collaborations, promotional activities, interviews, and event coverage with media partners.
Assist with social media content planning and promotional campaigns across different platforms.
Support the team with basic graphic design and visual content whenever needed.
Assist with event-day media coordination, including communicating with creators and making sure they have the information and materials they need.
Stay updated on social media trends, creators, and emerging content formats that could help improve our campaigns.
Work closely with the marketing and content team to develop creative ideas for campaigns and events.

Job Requirements

Communication: Strong Khmer communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate with media, creators, influencers, and partners.
Media & Outreach: Comfortable reaching out to media ambassadors and content creators, and building new connections.
Design & Editing: Basic experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Video editing skills in CapCut or Premiere Pro are a plus.
Content & Creativity: Good eye for visual content, branding, and social media trends.
Portfolio: Previous work in graphic design, social media, photography, or video editing is preferred.
Event Support: Willing to attend events and help with media coordination, photography, and content capture.
Teamwork: Friendly, proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and with a team.
English: Basic to good English communication skills are a plus.
