Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Promote the company’s products and services to partner shops and customers.
  2. Build and maintain good relationships with partner shops and customers.
  3. Provide training to partner shops on updated terms, conditions, and operational guidelines.
  4. Conduct credit assessments by visiting customers’ residences and business/workplaces, and complete loan application forms.
  5. Regularly monitor and provide feedback on new information about competitors.
  6. Solve problems and verbally report issues arising at partner shops to the Sales Supervisor.
  7. Maintain confidentiality of customer and partner shop information.
  8. Identify key market challenges and submit suggestions to the direct supervisor.
  9. Ensure sales results meet the targets set by the company.
  10. Be responsible for customers with overdue loans.
  11. Participate in activities that help promote and enhance the company’s reputation.
  12. Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in finance, banking, leasing, lending, or sales, with strong leadership and management skills.
  3. Strong management, leadership, coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills when working with employees at all levels.
  4. Ability to lead, plan, develop strategies, coordinate, solve problems, and provide guidance.
  5. Ability to create a positive work culture and encourage teamwork in the workplace.
  6. Good command of English in both written and verbal communication.
  7. Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email (MS Outlook).
  8. Good personal character: honest, optimistic, responsible, patient, and hardworking.
