Job Summary
Experienced project leader to oversee construction activities from planning through completion in Phnom Penh. You will coordinate teams, control budgets and timelines, and ensure quality, safety, and smooth communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan, manage, and monitor project activities from start to finish.
● Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth delivery.
● Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with goals.
● Track project progress, costs, quality, and timelines, and report updates.
● Identify risks, resolve issues, and prevent delays to keep work on track.
● Ensure compliance with safety rules, construction standards, and company policies.
● Manage project documentation, approvals, stakeholder communication, and cost control.

● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or real estate development.
● Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract management.
● Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams effectively.
● Proficient in Khmer and English.
