● Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth delivery.
● Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with goals.
● Track project progress, costs, quality, and timelines, and report updates.
● Identify risks, resolve issues, and prevent delays to keep work on track.
● Ensure compliance with safety rules, construction standards, and company policies.
● Manage project documentation, approvals, stakeholder communication, and cost control.
