Project Management:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, including IT professionals, business analysts, developers, and external vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus among project team members.

Post-Implementation and Continuous Improvement:

• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the insurance sector and incorporate relevant insights into project planning and execution.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management roles with a focus on IT projects. Experience in the insurance industry and in medical line is a plus.

• Experience in M&A (Merger & Acquisition) is also a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification is an advantage (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum).

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and best practices for software development and implementation.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
