Job Description

  • Presenting sale proposals to potential clients
  • Approach new clients
  • Evaluating client needs
  • Researching the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities 
  • Planning and executing cold outreach to attract new leads 
  • Relationship management with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders to add value
  • Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue
  • Managing all B2B selling operations and activities within a particular territory or zone or industry
  • Educating customers on raw material of interior products and services
  • Developing effective sales strategy
  • Identifying opportunities to improve sale performance
  • Monitoring good relationships with clients
  • Negotiating with existing and potential clients
  • Maintaining records of sales leads
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Collaborating with the marketing department
  • Other task assigned from directed above management
  • Willing to travel minimum 3days and maximum 15days

Job Requirements

  • Degree or above
  • Min 2 years of relevant sales experience in selling interior decorative building materials or related filed.
  • Good sales experience, ideally with solid experience in B2B customer facing experience
  • Candidates with solid experience in specification is a plus
