Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team in day-to-day operations.

  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales-related documents accurately and on time.

  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.

  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

  • Assist in monitoring sales performance, preparing monthly sales reports, and tracking KPIs.

  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders, payments, and after-sales service.

  • Support sales team with scheduling meetings, business travel arrangements, and event coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related activities.

  • Contribute to improving sales processes and providing feedback to management for efficiency.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales administration, customer service, or office coordination.

  • Experience in FMCG, trading, or distribution industry is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Khmer (both written & spoken).

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
