Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  1. Develop and expand product sales channels and market coverage.
  2. Execute sales plans and achieve assigned sales targets.
  3. Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  5. Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys.
  6. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
  7. Prepare sales reports and update customer information regularly.
  8. Key area resposible Preyveng Province

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials or cement industry.
  3. Fluency in Khmer and English. Know Chinese is an advantage.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong learning and adaptability.
  7. Good professional ethics, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  9. Must be able to drive and have a driver's license.
  10. Prior experience in the cement industry or factory is a plus.
