An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Field Investigator Task:

  • Customer visiting and investigation to analyze customer's business for loan approval, financial factors and source of repayment.
  • Prepare credit investigation report to management.
  • Make appointment with customer and the related person.
  • Confirm and take the photo of house and business place of customer if needed.
  • Communicate with the authority or neighbor for check and collect the customer's information and documents.
  • Make sure data collection from field corrected and clear information.
  • Complete daily investigation report.
  • Report daily task (done, pending and problem by team).
  • Keep customer's information in confidential safe and security (CBC reported, Business, Income, Customer's personal document and working document).

Field Collector Task: 

  • Call to overdue customer, Workplace and Business Place, witness, relative friend, and parents.
  • Visit overdue customer / Current Address/ Workplace and Business Place.
  • Make plan call and visit customer to solve the late payment by customer.
  • Take action and Legal action with customer who late payment with JMC.
  • Reposes Asset and Collected bad debt.
  • Homeland visited and collected bad debt and solve the problem with customer and relative.
  • Update collection reported and both activities (Call and Visit) into JMC system and Excel file.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly target and actual result.
  • Strongly manage and control staff and lead and motivate team.
  • Ensure policy and guideline are complied.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

  • At least finish high school or university student in any field.
  • Strong commitment with field work.
  • Be able to drive a motorbike and must have a driving license for motorbike with engine power more than 125 CC.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good calculation and explanation in number.
  • Be able to read and write English.

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Sunday (2 days off on rotation basic), 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Transportation Allowance: Provided monthly gasoline allowance for traveling from home to work and back home.
  • Transportation Gasoline: Provided to Outside Staff for Business’s purpose based on roles and responsibilities.
  • Motor Rental: Provided to Outside Staff.
  • Maternity Allowance: Provided for baby delivered to Male and Female staff.
  • Marriage Allowance: Provided to all staffs.
  • Funeral Contribution: Provided to staff for staff’s relative in 1st generation.
  • Outpatient Coverage: Provided to all staffs and staff’s children.
  • Bonus: Twice per year for Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben festival
  • Salary Increase: Once a year
  • Seniority payment: 15 days of salary per year (in June and December)
  • Contract Type: Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC)
  • Health Check-up: Once a year with private hospital (Sunrise Japan Hospital Phnom Penh)
  • Overtime: 200% on Public Holiday
  • Cell Phone and Phone Card Allowance: Based on company’s policies.
  • Staff Loan: Provided to all staffs with low interest rate.
  • Motor Insurance: Covered on (Third Party Liability (TPL), Own Damage, and Theft) for Outside Staff.
  • Staff Insurance: National Social Security Fund (NSSF) for health and accident.
  • Leave Allowance: Annual Leave 18days / year, Sick Leave 6days / year, Special Leave 7days / year, Maternity Leave 90days, Long Sick Leave up to 6 months.
  • Covid-19 Leave: Provided paid leave until staff recovers and medical expenses.
