Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by Head of Food.
  • Develop and expand new customer accounts (retail, wet market, horeca, distributors, etc.).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular market visits and customer follow-ups.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends in Kampot area.
  • Promote company food products and introduce new items to customers.
  • Collect and process customer orders accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor customer payment and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Ensure compliance with company credit policy.
  • Other additional tasks are required by head of food.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Provide market feedback and sales reports to Head of Food.

Reporting & Administration

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and orders.
  • Attend sales meetings and training programs as required.

Job Requirements

  • Honest, royalty, reliable and committed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in food sales (Food or wholesale preferred).
  • Good knowledge of local market in KPT.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Own motorbike with valid driving license
