We are seeking a highly adaptable, sharp, and experienced Security Manager to oversee the safety, security, and risk management operations of our premier mixed-use vertical development. This landmark property features a premium corporate office tower, luxury residential units, a high-volume rooftop skybar, an upscale restaurant, and a ground-floor retail hub (including a mini-mart and coffee shop).

-
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule an on-site team of supervisors, guards, and CCTV operators. Manage the performance of third-party security vendors.
-
Access Control: Manage state-of-the-art access control systems, ensuring strict segregation between public commercial areas, private residential floors, and secure corporate offices.

2. Hospitality, Nightlife & Retail Safety

-
Residential Peace of Mind: Maintain a high-touch, concierge-style security presence for residents, handling noise complaints, domestic disputes, and privacy breaches with utmost confidentiality and tact.
-
Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention and shoplifting deterrence strategies for the ground-floor mini-mart and coffee shop.
3. Emergency Preparedness & Compliance

-
Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical services.
-
