Job Description

Lead and manage security monitoring and detection operations.
Oversee threat hunting activities to proactively identify advanced threats.
Manage digital forensics and cyber incident investigations.
Ensure implementation of security protection mechanisms across network, server, and endpoint systems.
Oversee password management and security control mechanisms.
Develop and monitor security operation metrics and reporting.
Ensure security governance, policies, and procedures are implemented and maintained.
Ensure the effectiveness of security protection mechanisms across network, server, and endpoint environments.
Ensure implementation of strong password management and authentication controls.
Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and other departments during security incidents.
Supervise and mentor security operations staff.
Perform other tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in cybersecurity or IT security operations.
2 years of working experience in banking or financial service industries.
Relevant certifications (CISSP, EEH, CISM, or GIAC) preferred.
Expertise in SIEM, threat intelligence, incident response, and cybersecurity tools.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
Project management and process improvement skills.
Good at English speaking, writing and listening
Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Khmer typing and English.
High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Good personal characteristic, including soft, friendly and good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
High personal integrity, morality and able to work under pressure.
Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
