Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Provide functional support for ERP System, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other business applications.
  • Resolve application incidents, service requests, and system issues.
  • Provide functional guidance and consultation to users.
  • Conduct application training, user orientation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Prepare and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and system documentation.
  • Support business reporting initiatives using Power BI.
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Support IT governance, audit activities, and compliance initiatives.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support, ERP Support or IT Application Management.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems (e.g., In4Suite, Odoo, or equivalent).
  • Experience in business process analysis, application implementation, enhancement projects, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online is an advantage.
  • Understanding of application security, role-based access control, and software licensing management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours when required for project implementation or system maintenance.
