• Lead and develop architectural concepts from initial design through construction.
• Prepare and review 2D architectural drawings, detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
• Develop high-quality 3D models and architectural visualizations.
• Coordinate architectural designs with interior design, structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Review drawings and technical details to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with project managers, site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work follows approved drawings and design specifications.
• Identify and resolve design and technical issues during construction.
• Prepare material selections, specifications, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients and present design concepts and solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior architects and designers.
• Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.
• Participate in tendering, design development, and project handover when required.
 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of professional architectural experience, preferably with experience in design & build, commercial, hospitality, retail, office, or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Excellent skills in AutoCAD and 3D modeling/visualization software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Able to work independently and lead a design team.
• Good English communication skills; Khmer language is required.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, responsibility, and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing projects from concept design through construction completion.
• Experience working on high-end commercial, hospitality, retail, or residential projects.
• Strong understanding of interior architecture and fit-out.
• Experience with BIM/Revit is an advantage.
• Professional architectural registration or relevant certification is an advantage.
